Children Self-Defense |
Classes are for children between the ages of 4 and 12. The program is designed for the child to become physically and mentally in shape. Children will develop endurance through an exercise program that consist of running, push-ups, sit-ups. Flexibilty will increase through a series of different stretches. Children will develop the proper foundation by learning how to punch & Kick properly. Children will develop social skills by learning how to interact with others within the same age group. They will:
