Many adult students train in Martial Arts for different reasons whether it be for self-defense, fitness, weight loss, or stress-relief. Our classes are designed to accomodate any level of training. Our "go at your own pace" training program lets the student gradually build stamina and endurance while moving through our belt ranking system. Our goal is to produce a well rounded student both physically and mentally. Classes are offered for teens and adults for both men and women. Class Schedule:
